Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are generally processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packed with professional cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are never held in transit over a weekend.

• Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Shipments crossing international borders may be assessed import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling charges by the destination country. These amounts are set by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an automated confirmation email with a tracking link and carrier information so you can follow your package in real time.

If your tracking number has not arrived, or no tracking updates appear within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number so we can investigate promptly.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

Because we work to dispatch orders quickly, processing begins soon after your order is placed.

• To change your shipping address or adjust your order, please reach out to us within 1 hour of placing it at support@meritvault.store.
• We will make every reasonable effort to honor your request; however, once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

We take responsibility for the safe delivery of every order:

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives spoiled, compromised, or damaged because of a shipping delay, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, or if any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
